About the Trying to Conceive Program:
This is a fitness and nutrition program designed to help you build the body you need to carry and support baby. From a comprehensive fitness plan to the nutrition plan built to nourish the body we support your body perfectly to get ready for pregnancy.
This program is customizable to fit the needs of the CrossFit Competitor or the Mama just looking to move.
We make sure this also fits your needs so you can customize exactly how much support you receive throughout our time together.

Yes, absolutely! The American Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommend that you continue working out or pick up something active if you weren’t already.
Here at Moms Get Fit our main concern is your’s and your baby’s safety. So we make sure to tailor each workout and nutrition plan to keep you safe and healthy.

Yes! The second half of your pregnancy is truly when you need the most support. It’s never too late to shift your training to better support your pregnancy.

This program can be completed at home. You will need some basic workout equipment: Light Dumbbells, Barbell (optional), Long exercise Band, Mini Resistance Band, Kettlebell.
I do urge you to think about this though, will you be more likely to be consistent and give the workout your all if you are in a gym versus at home? If you answered yes, I would consider a gym membership, if able.

No, I do not recommend combining this program with other workouts. It is so tempting to want to push yourself, but this is not the chapter to do that.
This is a complete fitness program, no need to add more..

Yes, this is a subscription. Your commitment is 6 or 9 months.
Change takes consistency and time, so here at Rise it is our responsibility to make sure you are giving these new changes a chance and not quitting when things get tough.
