About the Postpartum Program:

A fitness and nutrition program designed to give you the piece of mind to get back in the fitness space after baby. In this program we have a strong focus on reconnection and rebuilding of the core unit while making sure to build everything around it. So no matter what your goals are, we can help you reach them.

This programmed is customized so it doesn’t matter if you are newly postpartum, a few years in, or your kids are grown this one is for you.

  • You need to wait until you've been cleared by your Doctor, usually around 6 weeks postpartum.

  • ABSOLUTELY! I am a strong believer that every woman needs to know how to connect with their core.

    I also know that you can still see a lot of the core and pelvic floor problems without ever having a baby so yes, you can definitely do this!

    This program is for any woman looking to strengthen their body, mold their core, and build some muscle.

  • Yes, but I highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist for at least a consultation. I recommend this for everyone, but most importantly for anyone with symptoms.

    With that being said my program does take special considerations for these struggles and has plenty of support built in for just these things, to help improve or manage your struggles.

  • Yes, yes, and yes!

    Once postpartum always postpartum, it’s never too late to focus on your body after birth and manage any pregnancy and postpartum related struggles you may have.

  • This program can be completed at home. You will need some basic workout equipment: Light Dumbbells, Barbell (optional), Long exercise Band, Mini Resistance Band, Kettlebell.

    I do urge you to think about this though, will you be more likely to be consistent and give the workout your all if you are in a gym versus at home? If you answered yes, I would consider a gym membership, if able.

  • Yes, this is a subscription. Your commitment is 6 or 9 months.

    Change takes consistency and time, so here at Rise it is our responsibility to make sure you are giving these new changes a chance and not quitting when things get tough.

    As long as you are within your window of cancellation, you may cancel.

  • No, I do not recommend combining this program with other workouts. It is so tempting to want to push yourself, but this is not the chapter to do that.

    This is a complete fitness program, no need to add more.
