Moms deserve more than the "deal with it" mindset. I want them to reconnect with their bodies and achieve strength.

Imagine walking around Disney all day without pelvic pain or jumping on a trampoline without any worries. I educate moms about the benefits of a nutrient-dense diet and promote flexibility, understanding that life is unpredictable. You can have a balanced approach to nutrition with whole foods, lean protein, and healthy fats, while enjoying occasional indulgences.
